Introduction and Definitions

tt44 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "tt44") provides an online betting and casino service for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and tt44.

Some important terms used in these conditions:

• "User" or "you" — any person registered on the tt44 platform.
• "Service" — the tt44 website, mobile app and all gaming activities.
• "Account" — the user's personal registered account.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer or reward provided by tt44.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition to place bets at a specified multiplier before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

By starting to use tt44's services, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use tt44's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must register with genuine and accurate personal information.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted — multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

tt44 may request a valid identity document or proof of age at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at tt44, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address and date of birth. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential.
• Report any unauthorized use of your account to tt44 immediately.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Different members of the same household may open separate accounts, however verification may be required if they use the same device or the same payment method.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, tt44 may ask you to submit a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence at any time. KYC verification may be mandatory for large withdrawal amounts.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed first.
• tt44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.3 Important Transaction Information

tt44 does not charge any transaction fees, however your payment provider may apply its own fees. The user is responsible for any applicable tax deductions under Bangladesh tax law.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add an extra ৳2,000 in bonus funds.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• This means if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• For wagering calculation purposes, bets on slots games count in full (100%); live casino games may be counted at a different rate.
• If the wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will expire.

5.3 Other Promotions

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotion page. tt44 reserves the right to start, modify or cancel any promotion. Claiming the same promotion more than once is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

tt44 has three VIP tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You can move up to a higher tier through regular activity and betting. tt44 reserves the right to change the VIP benefits terms at any time.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

• Each bet depends on the outcome of a specific event and will be settled based on the final result.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless tt44 itself declares it void.
• tt44 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be refunded unless the event completion rule applies.
• Results will be determined based on the announcement by the official authority (ICC, BPL board, etc.).
• Maximum bet limits may vary by game or event.

6.3 Casino Games

The rules for each game are displayed in the game interface. The guidelines of the game provider (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) apply. Abnormal payouts resulting from technical errors will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tt44 and may result in account cancellation along with forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using proxy accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses under multiple identities or placing bets strategically to avoid wagering requirements.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or participating in match fixing.
• Betting with third-party funds or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• Illegally exploiting any vulnerability in the tt44 system.

If suspicious activity is detected, tt44 may suspend the account and conduct an investigation without any prior notice.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by tt44

tt44 may suspend or close an account without giving a reason in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of these terms is proven or suspected.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If there has been no activity on the account for a long period (inactive account).
• Due to regulatory direction or legal requirements.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the tt44 support team. Any remaining eligible balance (free of wagering requirements) at the time of closure will be paid out, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.

Privacy and Data Protection

tt44 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal data. We keep your information secure using SSL encryption and the latest security technology.

• We will never ask for your password or financial information by email or chat.

• Users can set their own deposit limits, loss limits or session time limits.
• There is an option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself (Self-Exclusion) from the platform.

• Only bet within your means — do not bet with borrowed money or funds meant for living expenses.

Limitation of Liability

tt44 will not bear any responsibility in the following cases:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or a problem with your device.
• If loss occurs due to a technical fault in a third-party game provider's system.
• If loss occurs due to your account information being leaked to others, provided it resulted from your own negligence.
• Unexpected events (Force Majeure) — such as when service is disrupted due to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

In no circumstances will tt44's maximum liability exceed the total amount of your deposits during the relevant period.

Changes, Disputes & Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

tt44 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given on the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after changes are made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving all valid claims. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may appeal to the management level.

12.3 Applicable Law

The applicable law and judicial jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these terms will be determined in accordance with the rules of the platform's operating region.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between tt44 and the user. No oral or unwritten promises form part of this agreement.
